PM Emil Boc:I suggest we start the Executive meeting. We have two points on the daily agenda.First: the draft Executive Decision for earmarking of a sum from the reserve fund, for Horezu town, prompted by weather and the situation on the heating of this town. I ask Mr. Minister Igas to present very briefly the situation.
Traian Igas, Minister of Administration and Interior: Thank you, Mr. Prime Minister! The draft executive decision on earmarking a sum from the budget reserve fund, at Executive disposal, stipulated in the state budget for 2012, for Horezu town, Valcea County, with a view to backing the system of heat supply to population. It is about 500,000 lei, Mr. Prime Minister.
PM Emil Boc:Thank you! Are there all approvals, Mr. Secretary General of Government?
Deszi Attila, Secretary General of Government: Mr. Prime Minister, we have all approvals.
PM Emil Boc:Are there observations? No, they are not! The draft law is approved to resolve this situation. Second point: Minister Vreme. Please, Minister!
Valerian Vreme, Minister of Communications and Information Society: Thank you, Prime Minister! Memorandum on: approval of the participation of Romania’s delegation to World Radiocommunication Conference 2012, of the Telecommunication International Union, to be held in Geneva, Switzerland, during January 22 – February 17, 2012. Approval of the negotiation and signing of final acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference 2012.
PM Emil Boc:Thank you. Are there approvals?
Valerian Vreme:We have all necessary approvals.
PM Emil Boc:Are there observations? No, they are not. The draft memorandum is approved!
Valerian Vreme:Thank you, Mr. Prime Minister!
