Dear colleagues,

You are those who, in fact, implement at local level the Executive’s decisions and on how you enforce them depend to a large extent, their success or failure.
I would mention with immediate priority two government programs we have in place, and I refer here to the "Ten homes for professionals in rural areas” programme, regarding which, Mr. Prefect, I would ask you to have in mind that March 31 is the deadline to receive from the local authorities, local decisions for those who want to be involved in the programme. There are funds at the Ministry of Regional Development. The project is ready to be carried out on procedures for the construction of 25,000 houses in rural areas. It depends on how you give the answer until March 31.
We have also adopted an emergency ordinance to assist local authorities that do not have financial resources to finance European projects. Please have a discussion with all local authorities. We have approved all the normative acts-government decision, methodological norms, the program is operational norms so that the 300 million EUR stipulated in the budget for co-financing by state guarantees, of the European projects to be achieved.
I say that because, on your speed, depends the success of such policies to attract European funding. And thirdly, obviously, we could talk today of the absorption of EU funds, if there are problems or difficulties in implementation. We will have a press conference at the end of these meeting today where we will present our conclusions
